Sticky Stack was created out of a pure obsession with texture. Standard soufflé pancakes were too airy; traditional American flapjacks were too heavy. We wanted that irresistible, stretchy qq bounce that Asian dessert lovers grow up craving.
After months of perfecting our proprietary blend of glutinous rice flour and farm-fresh Queensland dairy, Sticky Stack was born. Located in the heart of Sunnybank, we cook every stack fresh on the griddle to deliver hot, pillowy layers with caramelised golden edges.
